Running openCL on gtx670
more here
long story short – by default opencl doesnt work on gk104 but works on apple’s gk107 from new mbps. Now it works on gk104 (gtx670-gtx690)
Update: obviously ML drivers are much better (still need a patch so)
thats awesome news 🙂
can somebody maybe test the neat video open cl benchmark on it?

i wanna setup a system for video rendering and i am wondering about buying a gtx6xx or gtx5xx
thank u very much 🙂
Very weird, my shader clocks are at the correct 1411mhz compared to the 705 mhz you used.
//neither is correct
The only comparable results I found on the luxmark site shows a score of 673 (openCL 1.1) on this scene, but it lists 7 compute units for the GTX 670.
i bought a GTX 670 2GB, i test it with LuxMark and the result is 1092…
why with a GTX 570 2,5GB the result it is much higher like 6532 ????
i’m running on a Mac Pro 4,1 : 16GB.RAM : Corsair SSD 240GB : 4TB RAID 0 : Dual Cinema Display 23”

“Now it works on gk104”

“It doesn’t work, now it works”
I must be missing something. What did you do?
