    Apple, ATI, etc., wouldn’t threaten Netkas with invoking the DCMA because he’s providing them with useful research information and the DCMA has no effect/jurisdiction because Netkas.org is located in Hungary, not the USA. Consequently, anyone who truly believed that Netkas.org was shut down because of the invocation of the DCMA really is a fool.
