Flamenco, If you really want to eat the absolute best “pulpo” ( octopus) you must go to Fonsagrada ( Lugo, Spain). Really. It’s awasome!

Curiously, the best two places to eat “pulpo” are Fonsagrada (Lugo) and Carballino( Orense), both more than 150Km away from the nearest coastline.
There are a lot of villages near the coast in Galicia where you can eat it, but these two places excel by far the other ones.
