M.b. its a bugs counter. Just Apple thought that “bugs” are for windows, so lets call osx ones – Crabs

    hi netkas,
just for fun, i tried to add the efi key “HermitCrabs” with 16mb of null on the device tree, and now i see:

    Darwin Kernel blalabla
    vm_page_………………….
    kext submap …………………….
zone leak detection enabled //comment: new ???
    standard times………………..
    mig_table……………………..

immediately followed by a panic and this panic message:
can’t perform kext scan: no kext summary

i never had all those messages before adding HermitCrabs, i only had the panic and the panic message, can you confirm (or not) that we need to add this key

about the kernel panic, it maybe because of a bad installation process, i don’t know …

Very weird, adding the key does indeed add information to the kernel panic.
